None Shall Escape the Judgement werd geschreven door Earl Zero, die het in 1973 op de plaat zette. De coverversie van Johnny Clarke werd een jaar later een grote hit in Jamaïca. Jonathan Richards & The Modern Lovers scoorden in 1977 een hit met Egyptian Reggae, een instrumentale versie van de song. Richman beweerde in eerste instantie dat hij de song geschreven had, maar kwam daar later op terug. Voor de volledigheid toegevoegd, want eigenlijk vind ik Richman’s versie helemaal niks.
